Digital product refund policy

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final. That said, care comes first:

If your download link does not work, email us and a fresh link will be sent promptly.
If you were charged twice or purchased the wrong item by mistake, email within 7 days and it will be made right.
If a file arrives damaged or incomplete, a corrected file will be provided.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email a photo within 14 days of delivery and a replacement will be sent at no cost.
If the wrong item arrives, the correct one ships as soon as you let us know.
Because journals are personal-use items, returns of undamaged books are handled case by case. Reach out and we will find a fair resolution.

Orders process within 3 to 5 business days.
Standard shipping rates and estimated timelines are shown at checkout.
Tracking numbers are emailed when your order ships, where tracking is available.
Currently shipping within the United States. For international requests, email first and we will see what is possible.

Your information is treated with the same care as everything else here.

We collect only what is needed to complete your order: name, email, shipping address for physical items, and payment details handled entirely by our payment processor. Card numbers never touch this site.
Your email is used for order confirmation and delivery. If you join the email list, it is used only for Bloom, Don’t Shrink updates, and you can leave at any time.
Your information is never sold or shared for advertising.
